The Emergency First Aid At Work training course (EFAW) is appropriate for those businesses who do not require a fully trained first aider at their premises. This course is available as a fully accredited QCF qualification or as a ProTrainings CPD certified qualification.

  • Industry Body for First Aid Training – ProTrainings Emergency First Aid at Work

This course meet full HSE guidelines October 2013 and the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981.

Emergency First Aid At Work training requires at least 6 contact hours and runs a period of 1 day; the certificate is valid for 3 years. Certificate renewal after 3 years requires that you attend a further EFAW 6 hour course. To comply with HSE requirements, this course must be taken only as a classroom course and not via online or blended training. The Procourses Video Library is also available to EFAW candidates for reference purposes.
